Question 1

How accurate is Touchline Wire's RoboScout Lineup Prediction Engine?

Accepted Answer

Touchline Wire's RoboScout Intelligence Engine holds an audited 80.6% starter accuracy rate (354/439 starters correctly forecasted across the 2026/27 Premier League season). Projections are cryptographically frozen 2 hours prior to kickoff—well before official embargoed club team sheets drop—and backtested with complete transparency.

Question 2

How does Touchline Wire calculate player rotation risk and starting likelihood?

Accepted Answer

The tactical intelligence engine cross-indexes official club medical bulletins, verified press conference quotes, training ground reports from accredited beat correspondents, and historical rotation tendencies under verified 2026/27 managers.

Question 3

Can I search for individual football players to check their likelihood of starting?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The global player search bar (accessible via ⌘K or on the homepage) provides instant autocomplete across all Premier League squads with likelihood badges (e.g. 90% Projected 11, 75% Rotation Risk, 0% Ruled Out), sub-position tags, and deep tactical dossiers.

Question 4

How does Touchline Wire verify its sources and prevent rumor fabrication?

Accepted Answer

Touchline Wire operates under an Editorial Verification Charter featuring a 4-pillar methodology: Primary Press Conference Sourcing, Dual-Attribution Verification from accredited Football Writers' Association journalists, a strict Anti-Rumor Firewall that rejects unverified social media leaks, and Transparent Journalistic Attribution on every player intelligence card.

Question 5

How does Touchline Wire predict football matchday lineups?

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer

Question 7

When do matchday predictions lock before kickoff?

Accepted Answer

All Touchline Wire predictions lock strictly 90 minutes prior to match kickoff (T-90m), well before official club team sheets are submitted or late embargoed leaks drop.

Question 8

Can I challenge friends or create private mini-leagues?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can launch 1v1 tactical head-to-head duels against friends with a single shareable link or create custom private mini-leagues with 6-digit PIN codes for WhatsApp group chats and office rivals.
